Helping those without a home
Mono&Poly brokers the purchase and sale of property, but our mission goes beyond business transactions. From every deal we complete, we give 2% back to those who had no say in their own fate: children without a home. We do this through the Jiří Procházka Foundation (BJB Foundation), which passes the money on to support Klokánek, a network of emergency homes for children. For us, this help carries a strong symbolic meaning.
We believe everyone deserves the chance of a better start. So while we help people invest in their future, it seems only fair to pass part of that money on to children who did not choose their situation. It is our way of connecting real estate with real help and giving meaning to every contract we sign, and also of inspiring our partners to give part of their own transactions to the children of Klokánek too.
